Take-Back Obligation for Packaging Materials

We attach great importance to sustainability and environmental protection. In accordance with the current German Packaging Act (§ 15 para. 1 sentence 1 VerpackG), we hereby inform you of our obligations and your return options.

⚖️ Statutory Obligation

We are obligated to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge in order to ensure their proper recovery and recycling:

Transport Packaging

This includes, for example, pallets, bulk packaging, and similar materials.

Commercial Packaging

Sales and outer packaging that typically does not accumulate with private end consumers.

System-Incompatible Packaging

Packaging for which dual system participation under § 7 para. 5 VerpackG is not possible.

Packaging from Toxic Contents

Special sales packaging for products that contain hazardous substances or toxins.

Reusable Packaging

All packaging types that are specifically designed for multiple uses.

Our Contribution to Environmental Protection

Appropriate packaging material is used for the delivery of our products, which we take back free of charge. In doing so, we ensure that the material is fed back into the recovery and recycling cycle.

Through this targeted return process, we jointly achieve better recycling results and make an important contribution to meeting the European recovery targets under the EU Directive 94/62/EC.

📍 Return Options

As an end consumer, you can return the packaging material free of charge at the actual place of delivery or in its immediate vicinity.
