I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded with us as the provider (masecori GmbH) via the website www.masecori-shop.de.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these regulations is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing the product on our website, we make you a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system.
(3) The contract is concluded by submitting the order via the corresponding button (e.g., "order with obligation to pay").
§ 3 Customised Goods
(1) Information required for custom designs must be provided to us immediately after conclusion of the contract.
(2) You guarantee that no third-party rights (copyrights, etc.) are infringed.
§ 4 Special Agreements on Payment Methods
Ratepay: When selecting Ratepay (invoice, direct debit, instalments), we assign the claim to Ratepay GmbH or its partner bank.
PayPal: Payment processing is carried out via PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price is made.
§ 6 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights for defects apply.
(2) For used goods, the limitation period for defect claims may be reduced to one year under certain conditions.
§ 7 Choice of Law & Place of Jurisdiction
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of performance and jurisdiction is our registered office (Endingen), provided you are a merchant.
§ 8 Protection of Minors
When selling goods subject to youth protection laws, we only enter into contracts with customers who have reached the prescribed legal minimum age.

3. Prices and Delivery Terms
The prices listed are total prices including taxes. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.
