I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded with us as the provider (masecori GmbH) via the website www.masecori-shop.de.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these regulations is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing the product on our website, we are already submitting a binding offer to you via the online shopping cart system.
(3) The contract is concluded by submitting the order via the corresponding button (e.g., "Place order with obligation to pay").
§ 3 Individually Designed Goods
(1) Information required for individual designs must be provided to us immediately after conclusion of the contract.
(2) You guarantee that no third-party rights (copyrights, etc.) are violated.
§ 4 Special Agreements on Payment Methods
Ratepay: If Ratepay is selected (invoice, direct debit, installments), we assign the claim to Ratepay GmbH or its partner bank.
PayPal: Payment processing is carried out via PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
§ 6 Warranty
(1) Statutory liability rights for defects apply.
(2) For used goods, the limitation period may be shortened to one year under certain conditions.
§ 7 Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of performance and jurisdiction is our registered office (Endingen), provided you are a merchant.
§ 8 Protection of Minors
When selling goods covered by the Youth Protection Act, we only enter into contracts with customers who have reached the legal minimum age.

3. Prices and Delivery Terms
The prices listed are total prices including taxes. Shipping costs are indicated separately during the ordering process. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes only upon delivery of the goods.
