Hand-picked fully ripe blackberries are gently cooked in an open copper kettle with 60% fruit to make high-quality jam. This special method of production makes the classic jam with its very special blackberry aroma and less sugar an irresistible temptation every morning.

Since the company was founded by Alfred Faller in 1913, Faller has been committed to premium standards.
In keeping with traditional craftsmanship, the jams are cooked in small quantities in an open copper kettle and stirred by hand. In this way, the natural taste of the fruit is preserved as best as possible.

Every year, Faller also buys large quantities of fruits and berries from neighboring Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland, for example to make the popular Baden black cherry jam. Strict attention is paid to the care taken during cultivation, care during the ripening process and during harvest.

In keeping with the philosophy of tradition and quality, the flavor of the jams comes exclusively from the fruit. In addition to granulated sugar, high-quality apple pectin is used for gelling and natural lemon juice concentrate is used to round off the taste.
