Hand-picked, fully ripe three fruits (sour cherry, raspberry, red currant) are gently cooked in an open copper kettle with 60% fruit to produce high-quality jam. This special method of production makes this noble three-fruit jam with its very special fruit aroma and less sugar an irresistible temptation every morning.

Since the company was founded by Alfred Faller in 1913, Faller has been committed to premium standards.
In keeping with traditional craftsmanship, the jams are cooked in small quantities in an open copper kettle and stirred by hand. In this way, the natural taste of the fruit is preserved as best as possible.

Every year, Faller also buys large quantities of fruits and berries from neighboring Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland, for example to make the popular Baden black cherry jam. Strict attention is paid to the care taken during cultivation, care during the ripening process and during harvest.
