Hand-picked, fully ripe strawberries are gently cooked in an open copper kettle with 60 % fruit to make high-quality jam. This special method of manufacturing makes the classic jam with its very special strawberry flavor and less sugar an irresistible temptation every morning.
Quality with passion
Since the company was founded by Alfred Faller in 1913, Faller has been committed to premium standards. In keeping with traditional craftmanship, the jams are cooked in small quantities in an open copper kettle and stirred by hand. In this way, the natural taste of the fruit is preserved as best as possible.
Every year, Faller also buys large quantities of fruits and berries from the neighboring Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland, for example to make the popular Baden black cherry jam. Strict attention is paid to cultivation, the ripening procress and during harvest.
In keeping with the philosophy of tradition and quality, the flavor of the jams comes exclusively from the fruit. In addition to granulated sugar, high-quality apple pectin is used for gelling and natural lemon juice concentrate is used to round off the taste.
