Charity founded Haynes Gourmet in 2017 with her husband Robert and her father, who is also called Robert (but you can call him Bob). We started small, cooking small batches of candied jalapeños in our farmhouse kitchen and selling them at local food festivals and farmers' markets. Since then, we have grown steadily, but we haven't strayed far from that original vision. Our candied jalapeños are still lovingly filled into each jar by hand, using real, natural ingredients.
