The story behind Le Coustelous

Everyone in Castelnaudary knows the Visentins. Their attentiveness, their friendliness, but also their openness. Since 1993, with their restaurant "Le Tirou," they have been preparing the finest dishes for palatal pleasure. Since 2006, these dishes can also be bought in cans from the "Le Coustelous" cannery.

A cheer for the family, in fact, it is the heart of our cannery. It all started a long time ago with delicious little dishes from "Mamina." She passed on her know-how to Jean-Claude ("Coco Visentin"), who, with his son, seduced the upper Aude Valley and the Lauragais. Today, Anthony and his partner Adeline take over the legacy.

At the Visentins, cooking is a family affair. A beautiful story we like to tell. We are a large family that enjoys working together.
