Since the company was founded by Alfred Faller in 1913, Faller has been committed to premium standards.

In keeping with artisanal tradition, the jams are cooked in small quantities in open copper kettles and stirred by hand. In this way, the natural flavor of the fruit is preserved as best as possible.

Every year, Faller also buys large quantities of fruits and berries from the neighboring Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland regions. Great care is taken in cultivation, care during the ripening process, and harvesting.

According to the philosophy of tradition and quality, the taste of the jams comes exclusively from the fruit. In addition to crystal sugar, high-quality apple pectin is used for gelling and natural concentrate from lemon juice for flavor rounding.
