What the small Les Confitures du Climont manufactory in the heart of the French Vosges produces is more than just marmalade. Since 1985, marmalade, jam, jelly, and syrup have been produced there, already in the second generation, according to ancient recipes. Only fruits and sugar are used, without gelling agents or preservatives.

• Ingredients: Alsatian strawberries, sugar. Prepared with 80 g of fruit for 100 g of finished product. Total sugar content at the end of the cooking process (natural sugar from the fruit and sugar from Alsatian beets): 65 g per 100 g.
