What the small Les Confitures du Climont manufactory produces in the heart of the French Vosges is more than just marmalade. Since 1985, marmalade, jam, jelly, and syrup have been produced there, already in the second generation, according to ancient recipes. Only fruits and sugar are used, without gelling agents or preservatives.
