Storage & Quality: A living natural product

Honey is extremely stable due to its purely natural composition. To preserve the delicate aroma and valuable enzymes, store the jar in a cool, dry and dark place. Genuine linden honey is already finely crystallised in the jar and retains its creamy consistency at room temperature. If the honey becomes firmer, it can be gently liquefied again in a warm water bath (max. 40 °C). Please note: honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
