Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

• • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (in the case of a single delivery).
• • on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last goods (in the case of separate delivery of one order).
• • on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
• • on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the first goods (in the case of regular delivery over a specific period).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Grounds for Exclusion or Expiry

The right of withdrawal does not exist for goods that are custom-made, that can spoil quickly (e.g. food with a short shelf life) or for newspapers/magazines.

It expires prematurely in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. opened food packaging).
