Storage & quality: a living natural product

Honey is extremely stable due to its natural composition. To preserve the delicate aroma and enzymes, store the jar cool, dry and protected from light. Rapeseed honey is already finely crystallized in the jar and retains its creamy consistency at room temperature. If the honey becomes firmer, it can be gently re-liquefied in a warm water bath (max. 40 °C). Please note that honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
