The story behind Le Coustelous

Everyone in Castelnaudary knows the Visentins. Their attentiveness, their friendliness, but also their openness. Since 1993, with their restaurant "Le Tirou," they have been preparing the finest dishes for palatal pleasure. Since 2006, these dishes can also be bought in cans from the "Le Coustelous" cannery.

Come to Visentin, it is a guarantee of conviviality and quality. Fresh, homemade products await you, highlighting the wonderful terroir of the Southwest. Goose liver, black pudding, duck breast ... Not to forget! The excellent cassoulet is prepared and cooked according to family tradition.

A big compliment to the family, in fact, it is the heart of our cannery. It all started a long time ago with good little dishes from "Mamina." She passed on her know-how to Jean-Claude ("Coco Visentin"), who, with his son, seduced the upper Aude Valley and the Lauragais. Today, Anthony and his partner Adeline take over the legacy.
